I want my car NOW!!!

Just starting to get a little worried. I've been at a 4B00 status since 3/3/11. On the GM Connects website the status said "Shippable" until about 3 days ago and it now says "OnHold". There is also something that says "Just fixing some things, please be patient thanks! GM Connects Team"

Should I be worried?



02/01/2011 - (1100) Order placed at dealership. Order passed GM edit tables but dealer has not received allocation to place order.
02/01/2011 - (1102) Order entered via web.
02/04/2011 - (2000) Order accepted by GM. Dealer used allocation to place order into production.
02/09/2011 - (2500) Order preferenced. Order pulled to the production system.
02/09/2011 - (3000) Order accepted by production control. Parts being ordered and production process is underway.
02/17/2011 - (3100) Order available to sequence.
02/19/2011 - (3300) Order scheduled for production. Order is scheduled into the plant build cycle.
02/23/2011 - (3400) Order Broadcast (internal plant paperwork order produced). Order is sent to various build & supplier areas to bring order together.
03/03/2011 - (3800) Order produced and vehicle is being prepared for shipping. For Cadillac, GMC and Buick customers, please contact your dealer or customer service for further updates as no further updates available at this time.
03/03/2011 - (4000) Vehicle available to ship.
03/03/2011 - (4104) Bailment invoice created (vehicle is about to leave plant property).
03/03/2011 - (4B00) Your car is bayed and is waiting for transportation by truck, rail or transfer to vendor.
03/07/2011 - (4B00) Your car is bayed and is waiting for transportation by truck, rail or transfer to vendor.
03/10/2011 - (4B00) Your car is bayed and is waiting for transportation by truck, rail or transfer to vendor.

The site fixing things warning is because we are adding some features to the site and doing maint and has nothing to do with data being presented being incorrect or delayed in any way.

I assume you are seeing your shippable and On hold status on your Cassens or AAG trucking status. That is probably due to the building and filling of a truck to transport it. Not that there is any problem with the car or its eventual release. Its in their hands and keep watching for it to move back to shippable and to eventually dispatch.

Mine has been OnHold status since 1/27/11 and I have found out that there were issues with my car so I went to Plan B and will be bringing her home on Monday. But since your order was waaaay after mine, I wouldn't be too worried unless it continued for over a month like mine.

Wow, you all need to CHILL OUT. You will get your cars. Just pipe down. Let them fix whats wrong. God knows they dont want to send you a car that has something wrong then have to listen to you bitch about that. Face it, you bought one of the frist ones. Now you have to deal with them working out the bugs. Dont be so damn impatient.

Oh and for what its worth, some of the early coupe orders had to wait MONTHS in QC. You arent going to get much love from anyone since you've been waiting... what 8 days?

I checked on my car last night and it said they are fixing a few things, I think they are referring to the web site. My car has been in my garage since Nov. 20th. Becky always says the wait for delivery is harder then the wait for the build. Once you take delivery it's all good!

Dude I agree that they need to show some patience, albeit it IS extremely hard, but do ya have to be so harsh . You should show a little compassion, they are just excited about their cars, it's just like a kid waiting for Christmas to arrive!!
