I went up to my dealer today just to check in with them and see what was going on...and i get there and they tell me that my order status is now 3800!!! So they gave me a print out of my orderworkbench with my vin on it and i'm getting camaro number 6637! I'm so happy today has to be the best day EVER!!! (till i get my camaro atleast)

Got my printout also today. It had Event 3800 and my Vin #!

I check everyweek usually on thursday i was just busy yesterday so i didnt get to check in with them, and i was out by the dealership today so i stopped in...they told me that when they checked yesterday that it was at 3800, so idk lol maybe since i live in the middle of nowhere it took longer to update the computer??? lol

My saleman emailed me today and told me my car is built and bayed!!!!

Mine was built on 5/7 (vin# 8446).

Mine just came off the line yesterday. It is starting to happen a lot more frequently now.Seems like production is approaching max.

We were both at 3300 on the same date 4/23, and both cars were built (3800) this week.

So, if they are being produced sequentially then based on the difference in your VIN numbers: that's 400+ cars in one day.

Is that possible? Or are they not necessarily being produced in order?

Mine was build on 5-6 and now shows on the rail tracking chart heading this way. Has left the plant with an ETA of 5-9 to the rail yard in Chicago Height IL. Not my event code still says 3800, So the event codes have not been totally correct. This seems very fast compared to some I have seen. Hope it is true. But then again it can sit in the rail yard for days waiting on trucking.
