Wow, the Ward family statement sounds like they never read the report from the DA stating the video evidence examined by the experts showed Tony never varied from his line and he never sped up. The swerve everyone claims Tony did to hit Kevin was from the impact of Kevin with Tony's Car.
From this I can only gather it is not justice for Kevin but they are just wanting to exploite him for their own gains. A real sorry bunch in my opinion.

I can understand that the father was initially in denial that his son had done any wrong. But after the findings showed his son was under the influence he needs to accept his son was at fault and move on. They're gonna pursue this in civil court and they'll be awarded something which will nearly eliminate my faith in humanity ever having common sense again.

Seems to me, if you need a little chemical or liquid courage to drive a race car,............you really have no business in a race car or even at a race track. Bolstered bravery is no bravery at all.

Just my opinion.
