Because the lead off person is almost as important as the anchor, and looks like they have two good bowlers to cover both spots.

I like going 1st . I also feel a good lead off bowler is just as important as a good anchorman. If you start the team off with a mark or even better a X then the rest of the team is pumped ! Sounds good away lol

Plus a don't like knowing I have to strike out to win it for us like the anchor spot would . Pressure..lol.

My favorite spot. I LOVE the pressure of knowing I need 3 to win.

we go down the first week of May. We shifted our date one day later this year to try and get away from some of the big teams we have been bowling against (and taking our bracket money, lol).

I switched to my 2011 Victory Road (speaking of Nationals, that's what I scored with in Reno last year). 257, 204, 202. Way too many corner pins. I had 6 10's and 2 7's in 14 frames starting at the end of the first game. I decided to make adjustments, rather than switching balls, and didn't fare so well.

I came home this weekend just for the hell of it and I went bowling today. No spectacular scores 215-210 but boy did it feel good to have a ball actually hook.

Had a pretty good Friday night that should have been even better...

181-224-169=574

2nd game was X X X 9/ X X S80 90 X XXX -- I THINK THAT IS RIGHT. Anyway something like that.

167 right now, started the year off slow. i think i've got it figured out now. last year i got up to 182 avg.

Nothing wrong with that .180's would be just fine for me .
