wow, 4140 lbs, 55.6/44/4 weight distribution, 5 seats, 0.88 on the skidpad, and 13/18 mpg. That mileage is just awful, and if the Camaro has the L76 then it may have nearly the same power to weight (if they can bring it down to 3500-3600 lbs), cost 10k less, and get better mileage.

I know. The 13/18 MPG was pretty shocking to see. That's Dodge Durango type gas mileage. Let's hope the Camaro doesn't get hit with the gas guzzler tax. |

The Camaro is going to kick ass guys...... look at what the competition came out with..... nothing.. there slinging the old car with some other cars interior... thats not called making a new car!!
This "new muscle car era" will only comprise of two cars... the mustang and the camaro. EDIT: okay after looking at the car in black, my opinion has completely changed and consider the new muscle car era to include all three, lol, the car looks evil in black... me likey all of a sudden.... but the performance and stuff.... wow... the cars a cow.

I used to be Dragoneye...

4100lbs!!!! What are they smoking?!?! Holy cow...that's big......
And 14/18 - I'm sorry, but that IS pretty poor. My Dad's '79 Z28 prolly gets better mileage, or at least the same! hmmm...Looks wise? Interior, not so much - outside?; well, when I saw it in black my heart skipped a beat' Camaro has nothing to worry about on the Mopar front - at least that's clear. |

I have to agree. The Challenger looks good in black. But it still cannot compete with the Camaro. It would be a nice car to have but I would not buy one.

The 2008's, Yes they are autosticks only. The 2009's R/T and SRT8 models will get an optional Tremec 6 speed. The SXT (V6 model) will still be Autostick only.
