Car misfiring 2,000-3,000 rpms no code

I've seen a thread about this before but I don't think the problem was answered. I have a 2011 Camaro ss auto
Ls3 conv big cam full exhausts tuned by mike lavigne 150 shot of juice the car basically sputters n pops (back fires) under half throttle load between 2,000-3,000 rpm after that it runs like a champ
I've pulled all plugs out thinking the nitrous might of burnt one one changed all wires just rolled 40k miles on it

Wot the car will not miss a
Beat it's just half throttle

And again this exhaust pop happens when I'm half throttle not when I'm letting off the throttle

I'm still trying to figure out how you have a LS3 automatic.

Plug in a scanner and see which cylinder is misfiring. It will have to be a good scanner though, not the cheap code reader from Advance or AZ. Your tuner most likely turned off the individual misfire codes and unless you have multiple cylinders misfiring, P0300 will probably not set.

Could an exhaust leak by the muffler cause this ?

An exhaust leak by the muffler? No, to far downstream. Your going to have to go to a shop with a real scanner that can view the misfire data stream. This is completely different than looking at the codes.
