WHAT THE F%!!!!!!?!?!?!

so today i got my full cat back magnaflow in the mail and installed it SOUNS AMAZING while i was at it i kept thinking about my radio i keep getting horrible transmission i did the exhaust in my garabe by myself so took me wuite a bit my windows got fogged up wiht cooling of the day i finally figured out MY RADIOS GOES TO PURE STATIC WHEN I TURN ON THE REAR DEFROSTER EVERYTIME I DO IT IT HAPPPENS WHAT IN THE HELL IS THIS is like the cars out of the carmax comercial when u open the visor my trunk opens lol well no jk but wth is that!!!

you just need to install an "amp back" now so your radio sound matches the cat back.

im looking for sponsors for that but honestly people are so cheap now day and expect you do everything this one shop got back to me and said theyd do cost on my car custon box and wiring and id provide amp and sub bc i already have GOOD competion stuff re using from the denali 900 dollars are you F ing kidding me!

Must be your radion,I just have a regular radio and it works fine! Where did you check off a radion when you ordered your car? All I could find was a radio.

sigh. Your window defrost grid is causing electronic interence with the fm antenna. There is a TSB for this issue. There is no TSB for bad spelling.

lmao thanx man but i dont even know what TSB is and yeah its late and i was rushing to write this im pist i found a thread on moderncamaro this guys getting his warranty denied for having aftermarket exhaust

It’s because your rear defrost is most likely the antenna for the radio. Almost all cars that have this set up have issues. It’s not a great design but for some reason the car manufactures keep using it. The static is caused by the rear defrost current.

actually i got myself mixed up the post is on here CV joint busted warranty voided for the exhaust upgrade how does that happen :(
