aw man... I feel bad if anyone has any regrets with the new camaro!
I KNEW I wasnt able to keep up with the black... so i went CGM.. even though I LOVED the black... (I agree its the best color.)

If I could afford a professional car detailing every week I would def have gotten black.
My hats off to those who ARE able to keep up with the up keep of black.

I love my black 2SS. I have a white truck and i love the color but whent he tires kick up tar and other things from the road you can definately see it more on the white and its alot harder to get rid of. Im only 20 so having a black car isnt a big deal for me because i dont mind being out there every couple of days taking care of it. When its not being driven its in my shop under a car cover so that helps too and it doesnt go out in the rain or after it rains. Would never think about getting another color for the Camaro.

Not for a second. The silver one hauls me around daily. The white one hauls the groceries and kids. The black one hauls a$$.

I change my mind it's worth it cause it looks so good for those few minutes it's clean but I will ge a different color next time unless I can afford to detail it every other day or be able to pay someone to do it. But right now I'm workin full time and going to school full time so I don't have as much time as I wish I did plus I can't expect my gf to give up the little time we have together so I can wash my car ya know?

My first car in 1980 was a 1970 Camaro SS...in black. Loved the car, hated the upkeep of the color.

Never again.

I have RJT and I love it.

I had a black 77 Camaro. In the spring my wife (girlfriend then) thought it was gold from all the pollen on it. Looked great clean, but that was a chore and a half.

I understand what you might be going through. I ordered a Silver, passed on an Imperial Blue on the lot, passed on the Red Jewel, (probably the best looking color but too Maroon for a Longhorn fan), ordered a Black, and finally got it. I don't think there is a bad color on the Camaro. I wouldn't knock any of them. My Black SS looks and runs like a beast. Just like the driver, I see dads, moms, and kids point, stare, and smile. You will enjoy it.

First let me say when clean black is down right amazing. No other color shows the lines of this car as beautiful as black. That being said i can not stand the amount of work it takes to keep black looking nice. I will never buy a black car again after having to maintain 2 black dailys for the past 4 years. For my camaro love the rally yellow but my dam stripes as they are black always look dirty lol.

cars should be driven , washing them is not why I bought it , I had a black cavy looked nice at first but everyone gets sick of washing their car eventually , Everyone , but this would never prevent me from buying a black car if I liked it
