Thank you! I picked this beauty up a few weeks ago. It gets A LOT of attention, and a moving my Valentine 1 from my M3 to this beast was my first 'mod.'

Hope everyone can bear with me while I figure out how to post, add pictures and so on.

i ended up hard wiring my detector so its always on and there. i have pinged a few CHP from quite a ways out so it has already paid itself.

Yeah, it's AG for sure. "Nice town, normal people" sums it up! I think you live near a pal of mine, he's seen a silver 1LE in his 'hood.
My M3 is showing its age and I'd tested a Mustang GT, thought it was very nice, tested a Gen 6 and thought it was better, but I'm not a fan of buying the first year of anything new.
I picked this up about a month ago down in Anaheim, had 8700 miles on it but was love at first sight. I call it "an M3 on steroids"
I've been reading with great interest the posts by X25, DropSpeed and I think Mr. Wyndham on the Z28 upgrades they've done as it's exactly where I want to go with mine.
The local Service Advisor tells me that the LS3 Performance Kit (heads and LS7 cam) are CAL legal mods, but I'd like to know the impact of not getting the factory tune before dropping a few $$$.

Tad, that's my Mooney 201 that I've owned about 8 years now. Airplanes make most anything else look quite affordable.
I can sleep in my hangar. I can't fly my house.
