I use to wash my car in sub 30 degree temp too.

Warm water in the wash and rinse bucket helps...Luckily in FL we don't get that much cold weather but occasionally ya gotta do what ya gotta do!

I actually had suds freeze to my car last year . . . . there's a fine line between cleaning and causing swirls trying to clean it with sub-optimal conditions. Don't think I'll be doing that again this year.
