Supercharger LFX V6
Someone that knows how to put the Tracy Lewis Supercharger stage 1 kit on should record it and put it on YouTube TBR.... or the stage 2 but i seen where CamaroZLS said a stage 3? came with the LF4 Fuel injectors and a 3 in pully.
but stage 2 said it comes with better fuel injection and the zl1 pump so dose it now come with the 3inch pully instead of 3.4inch and now it have the injectors as well as the zl1 fuel pump then you can try to gut the cats and get gears ??? also would a stage 3 just add a fbo like? getting the jacfab ported intake manifold, intake manifold spacer and the 80mm ported trotl body with ARH downpipes, and a nos purge throttle body bracket maybe some wider wheels |

By the time you spend all that money to get a tempermental car that is running on the edge of going BOOM,you are better off to sell it and buy a nice example with a V8. i have and enjoy my 6 cylinder camaro but 323 horsepower out of 217 cubic inches is already pretty efficient so power adders wont produce the gains you would see on a V8.

could go just fbo for about 300whp K&N 63 Series Aircharger High Performance Cold Air Intake <---Have this https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...EWBFUZ66K1&th= https://americanracingheaders.com/pr...nt=29943876164 mine came with catback and aftermarket motiv wheels https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...1?ie=UTF8&psc= https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...0?ie=UTF8&psc= https://www.trifectaperformance.com/ you can flash the tune in transparency so it wont let the stealership know its tuned https://tracylewisperformance.com/co...-throttle-body the other one that you trade it said same power but idk all this probably around 290whp https://tracylewisperformance.com/co...e-body-adapter https://tracylewisperformance.com/co...3-0-90-coupler https://jacfab-net.3dcartstores.com/Intake_c_18.html https://www.maceengineering.com.au/e...ducts/CAM669-A 305 rear 285 front tire nos if you want 1 inch drop springs air scoop and washer fluid relocation kit ZL1 fuel pump ATS-V 2016 injectors or "flex fuel" Spark Plugs – AC Delco 41-147 (application 2016 Cadillac ATS-V 3.6 Turbo) gap at 0.035” but this is for the supercharger idk if this is necessary in anyway for fbo also said for 2012 -2015 models, the MAP sensor is located ontop of the intake manifold towards the back of the engine. Simply unplug the electrical connector, remove the one Torx bolt, remove the sensor and replace with the one sensor from the kit. Note: 10-11 owners do not have a MAP sensor on your engine, skip this step and just do the spark plugs. IDK WHAT THE SENSOR is It did say the plugs gapped are ment for boost soo 3.45 manual lsd diff, axles and driveshaft if you save till blackfriday alot of all this is on sell for like 100s off Last edited by User1999; 01-10-2025 at 07:25 PM. |

Holy s#!t that's a lot of cash JUST FOR THE KIT! Unless you've installed a similar setup before I imagine it will be a bit of a challenge to install. Keep in mind the LFX and the LF4 are two very different engines internally. You'll need to beef up (replace?) the small V6 trans that has 105,000 miles. I saw your other thread about a diff and you'll definitely want one from a V8 car. Need better brakes. A KNOWLEDGEABLE tuner and probably plenty more miscellaneous items. I really like my 2LS V6 daily driver with its 323 hp so I've got to agree with redcoats1976. If you want V8 power and system reliability start off with a V8 car.

all you have to do is go to a DIY shop or a buddys with the tools or buy the tools cheaper than spending 2000 on labor then get a dyno tune or ask https://www.trifectaperformance.com/...36l-2010-2015/ for the 750 tune if they would base tune it to drive on 93 stage one probably cause they dont show the fuel pump install idk might be easy. anyways they probably could remote tune it as well or just get the base then a dyno unless you want to send it straight to the dyno but you have to read your tune for the base tune to be put back on before tuning it but trifecta has that automatically Source : https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/08...f?v=1727717617 Last edited by User1999; 01-10-2025 at 05:31 PM. |

i just read somewhere about the headers on the llt cant be on the lfx but that besides the point he said the intake manifold on the lfx dosent need a spacer cause they have less heatsoak but jacfab claimed this "Up to a 7-10% increase in low-mid range torque, and a 4-6% gain in low-mid range HP." also this thread https://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=510011 about the cams apparently Tracy Lewis put the ported throttle body on with the cam and lost power so the
FBO should be nvm they tried some boujee shi with the cylinder -CAI air scoop and washer fluid relocation kit and waterproof cai cover thing -some type of axle or cat back i think someone said this was the best -ARH Downpipes -3.45 ss manual gears axles and driveshaft -mace cams and maybe the jacfab laminator fx -tune another thing i found this T5 splitter https://acscomposite.com/products/ac...76691445&_ss=c and it mocks up well to the vehicle but i already got the OE Style Front Bumper Chin Spoiler Lip it dosent go all the way around the bumper to the wheel well might look nice if the car was black or wrapped with black in it https://www.americanmuscle.com/camar...hcm14v6oe.html :'( Last edited by User1999; 01-10-2025 at 09:58 PM. |
