The splitter has a very tiny scratch on it that I can make disappear with a little bit of elbow grease. Lol so I'm looking for any help on the hardware needed. Not the tools, just the hardware and templates.
Is there any way to get the brackets off the old bumper? I don't know if you can buy just the hardware for it. I have seen a lot of threads where people were in your same situation and couldn't get the hardware anywhere.

Ummmmm didn't think to ask him that. But it's been a while that he's had the accident so I doubt it. Guess I'll have to use some "McGuyver" ideas lol

I,would use double sided tape and rivets to secure it on the bottom. I'm sure it can be done. The bracket is just to hold it in place and to make sure you put it straight. If you put it straight with the tape, just rivet it down and you are good to go

I would go to dealer and look at computer with them and see if there is possible number for the hardware. Seems like inside splitter box there was a plastic bag of hardware with a different part number paper inside of it. The clips that go on the bumper actually lock into the splitter to keep the splitter secure at top. Otherwise on the highway air will rip it off. I have read about some guys with eBay splitters coming off on highway because they don't secure properly. GM is frustrating sometimes not making it easy to get what we need. Good Luck to you

if you are looking for the 14-15 1LE splitter bracket.. im sorry but GM do NOT sell it separate.. trust me ive been barking up that tree for over 2 years already lol if you want it installed you would have to rig it or just buy another one and it will come with it

the difference is 22997436 is the part number to get it in white and the other number is just primed for painting. you can get them in any color that the car came out in.
