Nav Radio Lights dimming out

I have a 2013 2SS M6 w/ the Nav radio. Lately have noticed the background lighting on the Nav to dim way out. Just seems to do it on its own. Anyone having this problem and what is the fix?

The best thing to do in this instance is to go to a dealership for a proper diagnosis. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Maybe a kind of stupid question, but you do realize that when your automatic headlights turn on it dims the screen and interior lights? Didn't know if that might be what you are seeing.
