Just messing with Google maps, this was the route I was thinking about. Would be a lot less traffic than going over the grapevine and we can still meet up with the LA guys at the 10. Would just need to have the Bay area peeps meet somewhere on the 99 instead of the 10.

That's the route that I think Milk suggested. I'm currently looking into it seeing what the best route from the bay to hook up with the 99 is. But that does seem like the best route.

205 to 120 to 99 might be a better choice than 580 to 132. It is freeway all the way.

Well, for San Diego, highway 8 straight out East is the easiest, but I have no issue adding a little time and going North to I10 and meeting up to convoy out...
