Lol thats very conservative. I was also thinkin belt slipping or the restrictor plate thats in it, but the plate still shouldnt restrict it that much. Or maybe the heat, it was like 80s/90s this week. 2 buddies of mines had theirs dyno'd also... a6 d1sc procharger with cam 487ish and the oda m6 Kooks long tube headers with high cats, flow master outlaw exhaust, D1SC procharger kit...also have suspension stuff done...it’s now making 550-580 wheel roughly the same in torque. He also said add 18% to it... so it would be about 500

Take that restrictor off and as far as the belt slipping he should have seen that on the dyno, but u can do ur part by making sure its the tightest belt on there max that tensioner out

He said add 18% for driveline loss so he’s trying to get you to estimate crank horsepower. No matter how he tries to sell it to you, that number is crazy low. I’d be giving your tuner the “what for”.

Dyno Dynamics are known to show between 12-16% difference than a dyno jet. 12% is the general consensus for the most part though. Even then it seems low still.
