Torq custom tune?

Anyone have a custom tune from Torq speed lab? Wondering how it compares to a jannetty racing tune. Torq is much cheaper, but wondering if the jannetty tune would be better.

I have their tune. I actually got it over the Jannetty tune because I already had my bolt ons from Maryland Speed and when I called Jannetty just to ask a few questions about it they were pretty short and borderline rude. I was basically told the tune is what it is and they know what they're doing. I can respect the answer but Torq seemed to want to be more helpful. My car is an auto and the tranny tune is pretty aggressive and took some time to get used to but I'm overall happy with it. Car feels a lot stronger with the tune.

Do they do remote tunes or just dyno tunes?

Torq is cheaper? When I installed my Maggie, Torq was twice the price of my Janetty tune, and it is spot on. No troubles. If you get a remote tune from Janetty, they will retune any mods you get from here on out for free, when you buy the parts from them. I'm not aware of anyone else that will do that.

Thanks for the opportunity to serve you. We offer free tunes for life when you buy tunes from us however I am not sure what you were quoted and if you are comparing a dyno tune vs a mail order tune.

We look forward to working with you in the future.

I was just sent a message by OP stating we are cheaper and also offer free adjustments and I would be happy to put my calibrations against anyone's.

You're right. I was comparing a dyno to a mail order tune.

I would put that money towards headers and THEN get it professionally tuned. I cant see voiding a warranty for a CAI and TB. When headers are in the mix you will get a nice gain, a gain worthy of voiding a warranty. Nothing custom about a mail order tune. IMHO

How can anything be Cheaper than FREE?

When you Purchase an SCT Tuner from JRE the First Tune for simple bolt ons is FREE, i.e cai, and cat back.

When you purchase your future Parts from JRE All Tune Updates are FREE.

I have tuned over 1300 Gen5 Camaros with SCT, The Reviews are nothing short of Amazing.

I work until you are completely satisfied.

I bring 35 Years of Tuning experience to the table.

If you have any questions I am always easy to reach, via PM, Email, and Phone.

Thank you for Considering JRE.

Ted.
