Can someone chime n, on how it mounts to the plastic portion on the bumper? In these pix, the rods go through the opening and attach to a piece of bracket or something. What does that bracket mount too? Seems as if it's loose and would rattle with engine vibration. I tried searching ARP website for install instructions but didn't find any. I don't see how the bracket inside the bumper provides support. I would assume it would kinda sandwich the bumper somehow.
