L99 So close to 10's... 11.05 ET Slip Inside

Very nice, congrats. How did the Nittos hook for you? It would appear they did fairly well.

They hooked excellent. We didn't even roll into it, just mashed the pedal and held on. It did spin after the 60', but weather and track conditions weren't great.

Quickest/FASTEST L99 So far??....Nice guys!!


How much boost are you running to make the 550rwhp? How much were the heads worth on this application vs stock (RWHP gain)?

Congrats Rick! That run was unbelievable! AND on STOCK wheels and tires...WOW!!! Now if the track conditions were a little better, who Knows 10s? Man you close! That is so cool!

Thanks for all of the replies!

It was indeed on a Nitto Drag Radial, I don't think it would hook at all on a stock tire. It 60' good with the Nitto's then spun once it got past the 60'.

It made 10 lbs. up top.

I'm not sure what the heads alone did. The last auto we did with headers, catback, CAI, and the blower made 450 RWHP / 430 RWTQ.
