If anyone is interested in seeing the cars used at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway during the month of May check out this thread: http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=85333 I visited Pole Day and saw an entire parking lot full of them. There are also a few pics of the actual Pace Car and a Camaro Pace Car shirt that was being sold at the track and on their web site. Everyone with one of these cars might be interested in purchasing this shirt.

GM supplemental doc question

Just Curious, when I bought my '07 Corvette Pace Car, Chevrolet mailed out to the first person who registered the car a "welcome" packet so to speak. In it was a certificate of authenticity that clearly stated that your car was #x of 500 produced, some other items from the Indy 500, and a reproduction license plate similar to the event plates used at Indy that year that contained your build sequence number. I believe they did something similar for the '08 Corvette Pace Cars. Anyone know if they are going to do anything similar for the '10 Camaro Pace Cars?

I haven't seen or heard anything about that. I did not receive anything yet, but if I do, I will let you know. I have the "real" license place that has #45 on it, not sure if they would do this for the festival cars or just the 200 dealer cars that did not come with a plate or number. Who knows, maybe they will do it for all of them or none of them. I guess time will tell.

Yes, I have the event plate #18 with mine as well as all the supporting doc. With my 07 Vette, I have both #18 event plate, and the plate sent by Chevy, #25, indicating it was the 25th pacer built that year. Just had the number and the event logo on that plate, nothing else.

That would be nice, however I haven't heard anything like that would be done. I'm pretty sure I was the 1st owner to take deliver.

If we could get all the VINs from someone at GM it would help.

Oh yeah... we had 3 of the cars already listed here show up at one place...Mike G., dk737, & myself

Someone doctored up this photo. They did a pretty good job, white interior, boot, etc.
