new here. 2013 zl1. could use some advice

I bought a zl1 this spring and I'm ready to put some money into it. I called up a local shop (reputable guy I'm told) to get a quote on some engine work. I told him my goals, budget id like to stick around and this is what he cam back with
Kooks headers
JLT intake
Snow performance meth kit
DW injectors
ported snout
2.4" upper pulley
ATI 10% overdrive
ATI harmonic balancer
102mm TB
$7800 or so after tune
my question is...is there something missing here that I should have him also do? I hear people talking about solid isolators, 160 thermostats, oil catch cans.. I originally told him I didn't want to cam it but I figure now that ill have him throw one in.. also anyone have any input on WHP a guy could expect?

With a cam, that should put you in the 700whp range (assuming a 6 spd.)

You will be working the fuel pump past it's limits at that point, too. I'd add a JMS voltage booster or other boost-a-pump. I'm hoping your guy is planning to use the meth for charge cooling only, and not to make up for the lack of fueling, although it looks like the latter based solely on the list you were given.

Ditch the snow meth and go with the prometh lid injection (post boost). You will definitely need a BAP like Rob mentioned. If you're going to spend that kind of money, throw a cam in as well

Not a fan of meth personally, (just don't like the idea of relying on it)do you have e85 in your area?

Why not just do a larger lower pulley and save on the time and money for a upper swap?

My setup is LT, Cam, 91/E85, and 23% lower pulley.

DSX Booster pump (only thing that sucks is drilling the fuel tank), ID1050s

Ron Davis Rad / Heat Ex and 160 TStat, S/C Resv,

Lots of suspension mods as well...

the only E85 I can think of in my area is over a hour drive away so that's out of the question. As for the meth, I am skeptical about it as well, but the guy told me its the best "bang for the buck" mod saying the LSA motors respond well to it. Not sure as far as what his plans are for it. I honestly really just know the science behind it and not how its executed( pretty new to me)... I just told him I want to be able to hop in it and road trip a couple hundred miles without having to worry, but also make more power. the stock 580 was exciting and scary for the first 1k miles or so but you soon find yourself wanting more. Also it sounds good stock but I want it to piss the neighbors off. Is a full exhaust maybe a better idea than the meth?
I guess im not sure what the advantage of a 10% lower with 2.4" upper would be over a 23% lower other than you can use the stock brackets right? spins the SC the same. maybe since the snout is being ported its easy to change the upper? not sure not a mechanic makes sense it would be cheaper to go with just a lower...

Personally I love the factory exhaust. I like it quiet on a trip on the inside. Only reason to change the exhaust is to change the sound.
