I've got the aftermarket Hurst and I like it. I'm just curious as to the feel of the GM Hurst. I dont' want play in mine and I personally LOVE the look of the GM Hurst. well, I like the look of the other too, but iono....

I'm going to look around for some more prices.

No play, at least not with mine.
It was all about style of driving and feel for me. The aftermarket throw is just to much of a reduction for my tastes.
if you like the throw, but want the gm look in your aftermarket... just spend the $80 for the boot and knob. you can put a gm boot and knob on the aftermarket hurst.
save you about $500 bucks... that is if you like the throw

It's red stitching, and PM Maureen@RodgersChevrolet. She can get you all the info.
