So what ended up being your total list of parts used?
Trans, TCU, Trans Cooler, Converter/Flexplate, Shifter, Crossmember adapter? What lines did you use for the cooler? Any other parts used overall? How did you cap off the lines going into the radiator/cooler from before with the TR6060?

I havent capped the lines off yet in the radiator. Nothing in there to come out but i will to keep it from rusting inside. I used 4 lines for the new tranny to cooler. two that connect from trans so once it is in the car you can run the remainig lines to the cooler. Reason it would be crazy hard to install the lines once its in. Plus this will be easy for removal later. I used some stainless braided lines. There is a company close to my house that makes them and has fittings. My cost for lines and fitings was about 70 bucks. Parts is about right. Maybe need some extra wire. ONce your finished you need the clutch switch turned off. Mine right now i removed the switch from the clutch and plugged it back in, i move it half way and cranks. You need a bracket for the shift to mount to basically a flat plate and drill holes. Need a driveshaft and bolts.

Thanks man that helps a ton. I may have you put me in touch with that company for the fittings when I get ready to do this.
Did you make your own adapter or buy one?

I cut a plate and made my own, fairly simple. I made it after the trans was in.

Update. Ran it at the track. Bad night tho. Spun bad then ate a belt on first run. Second run used a back up belt, spun bad and belt slipped the whole run.
Trans shifted great and the controller works great as well. I should be able to pick up more than a second im sure with a better belt and hooking. This run you can hear me let out and at the end you hear major loss in power with the belt issue.
