Yea your tuner missed the boat, bring it back to him and have him fix it. The service stabilitytrac light can also be caused from too much timing, among other things. Best to send him a datalog.

Yes a miss fire wont always cause a CEL, but will trigger a Stabilitrac message.

Did you undo the steering shaft when you installed the headers?

This. I got the same lights and then I realized I left one plug wire off when tightening down the header bolts.

"G701LE" is on the right track. I used to own a Pontiac G8 GT (witch shares a platform with us), I saw this happen many times with other people when doing headers. We had to disconnect the steering shaft to install the headers. When you reconnect it, it needs to be put back in the exact same position as when it was removed. I used a black sharpie to mark this. If the shaft turned to a different position be fore reassembly, there is a sensor that detects the position of the steering to help with stability control. When miss aligned what you are describing above will happen.

If you know how much it turned by just realign it, if not, tail and error. I have also heard this may be reconfigure thought tuning software, but do not know for certain.

Yes. I learned the hard way (as usual) about the steering shaft. Had to take it to someone that can "reset" or "relearn" the steering. If it is off AT ALL, it will throw these codes.

I'd still check plugs/wires. Seen three camaros throw stabilitrak messages after header installs and most were loose/damaged plugs/wires
