Might I suggest using this DIY instead? Or are you wanting one specifically about the changing the lines?

No they're actually great DIY's - I might use the key fob one later to swap my key into my old automatic camaro's key fob

I am powder coating my calipers... that involves taking the caliper all the way off (not just the pads).

In the DIY that you listed, he just hangs the caliper by a hanger.... and he does not have to bleed the lines and replace the fluid.

Right, it's just a DIY on pad and caliper swap.

On the one you linked though, don't you think it'd be easier to follow if the pics were incorporated into the OP as opposed to being dumped in subsequent posts?

I dunno, I find its easier to follow things if I can see the pic as I'm reading about it.

Maybe see if the OP could consolidate it a bit?

Yes, can you fix that?

Also, it would be nice to have all of the brake threads together... changing pads, calipers, lines, and the bleeding procedure. None of them quite get the story finished.

I will do mine next weekend, maybe I will give it a shot.

...... and you can delete my posts here if you want. They won't mean much once the DIYs are complied.

I'd prefer the OP do it versus me doing it without him knowing.

And feel free to copy/paste from other threads to make a complete brake DIY.
