I'll forego the blowers and buy a nitrous setup instead Can you imagine pulling up to a stop light with a car running two gas powered leaf blowers? Imagine the noise that would make. He'd win because I'd be laughing so hard I wouldn't be able to drive.

Not quite the same little huffers but Hot Rod did test this concept in May of this year. I still do not think their little fan will produce any boost that could be reliably measured.
So in theory they process infact could work like advertised

I don't think it could. I don't see that little fan motor they use moving enough air fast enough to provide any boost. Keep in mind the speed the pistons are moving in an engine pulling in air (the cfm I stated on page one I think of this thread just for the V6). Those leaf blowers in the Hot Rod article are quite a bit more effective than what is in this ad. And it took two of those leaf blowers to get decent gains. I think it is snakeoil. The more rpms the engine turns, the less effective and possible more restrictive that fan would become.
