Front skid plate / brace

Is ok to leave it off for the strip?

Does it hurt aero leaving it off? What about bracing?

I've taken mine off for the glory passes and haven't had any issues.

Their is probably no appreciable difference in e.t. with just that one item and it doesn't weigh much. However, pennies add up to nickels and nickels to dimes etc. so it will make a difference when factored in with other weight reduction items like; draining the winshield washer fluid, a lighter battery, taking unused seats out, dropping the suitcase muffler to name a few.
It's a game of inches once you reach a certain point and every little bit helps.
