H&R, Hotchkis,?? lowering springs
Couple of questions; i might not be doing a lot of research yes i know i might find what I'm looking for in a different thread but today i feel lazy and want to get to the point. I'm in search of some lowering springs, H&R or maybe Hotchkis. sport springs. whats the difference in a ss and lt spring? more firm? soft? what if i put ss springs in a lt model? any help will be much help for me, thanks!

I don't know the difference on the SS, but they have springs made for our V6's. I have the H&R Sport Lowering Springs for Chevy Camaro LS/LT V6 (2012-2013) Part No. 50786, and i really love the stance its gives. I can also get you in contact with my installer when your ready to have the work done.

I plan on installing them my self, did you need to get an alignment afterwards? I'm pretty sure huh..

I used these....
http://www.phastekperformance.com/20...ngs-camaro.htm They changed the stance completely. As far as DIY, I did them in about 2 hours flat. They have a video and step by step instructions. Easy install. Will need an alignment for sure. |

On my 10 SS I used the H&R lowering springs and my buddies helped install. Part #HR50778. The stance is great, but it is a stiff ride sometimes going over RRtracks and smaller dips and bumps in the road at speed.
