Do you have to use a return style an a regulator?

From what I understand, the regulator has to return to tank. The fuel rail on the engine can be dead headed if you wanted.

Unless you are using PWM to control the pumps, you have to use a pressure regulator and return system.

Just an update. I went to make hoses with the supplied fittings in the 6-610 kit and had a hell of a time. Got a couple together but it was a royal PITA. I've built a lot of different hydraulic, fuel and brake hoses and never had this issue. On the third fitting I had it. I called DW and after talking to a couple techs, I got them to look at their parts. Well, they couldn't assemble them either. LOL. Turns out their hose vendor shipped them the wrong PTFE braided hose. This stuff was double SS braided and was supposed to be single braid. They're sending the correct stuff out to me so hopefully back on the project.
Here's a few pics. My YouTube video will be a couple months out. .

Why does DW for the second time for the 5th Gen Camaro release an item that doesnt seem to be thoroughly tested ? I want to order this but shaking my head at the lack of attention to detail at the vendor level.

Well I'm already commited with the purchase so I'll let you guys know any other issues. I think I've talked or emailed every tech at their shop. Sometime a little hard to get a hold of but not too bad. So far they've been helpful. I do think a little more preparedness on the product install guides would've been better before releasing the products. So far I'm happy with the quality.

I received the new PTFE hose. It assembles much easier and I’ve already got the fuel pump plumbed up to the engine bay.Just waiting for the blower to come back from Kongs. I need to add fuel rails and injectors to be able to measure the rest of the fuel lines. You can follow me on Instagram. Posting pictures here is a pain.

I’m pretty sure the X port is for the LT4. I have the LSA.

Well I got the ported blower, nw103, injectors and dual fuel pumps installed and working properly so far as I can tell. I obviously need a small adjustment on my tune, but it started and idled great. The FPCM was a bit of a pain trying different relay triggers. Some on the forum said to use the Green/white wire, it didn't have enough current to trip my relays so I used the pink ignition wire instead. I can still pull fuel pressure sensor info to HP Tuners but still need to kill the FPCM codes its throwing.

If you really want to use the green/white wire so the FPCM safeties are still in place, you can use solid state relays.
