TPW question. Please Help.

If I'm at event code 3400, should I have a TPW? Or how long after I go 3400, should I get my TPW? Thanks.

I think you should have a TPW. Did your dealer tell you you didn't have one?

Not in workbench. You have to pull teeth to get one from the DBC. But even then it's often not worth much. They usually just give you a TPW of 3 weeks after it went 3000. In theory, your car will be built the week after it goes 3400. So if it just went 3400 last week, your car may be built this week or next. But then again, some cars sat at 3400 for close to a month. There really isn't much of a choice except to keep waiting.

I honestly wouldn't get caught up with it. It really is meaningless. Like I said, even if they have you one, it would probably just be the standard 3 weeks after it was submitted. Even if it was a more legit one, it would still only be an estimate.

But if you reaalllyyy want one, you can have your dealer call the Dealer Business Center (DBC) and try to convince them to provide one. They may refuse to provide one or they may give you the standard one or they may try and give them a more accurate one. So yea, convince your dealer to convince the DBC to provide one if you really must. Not worth the trouble IMO, especially considering it will probably be built this week or next.

When did you go 3000, 3300, and 3400?
