I drove from everett to idaho last weekend and had cruise on at 75mph most of the time and was averaging 18.1 mpg so im pretty happy with that, i have a 2012 RS/2SS 6 speed manual with Borla touring exhaust and the dove tail spoiler....drove and rode great. ( for a sports car! )

Are you running on four cylinders with that kind of gas mileage.l

It should start to improve as the temperatures warm up this spring. My daily driver gets 31-32 mpg in the winter and 37-38 during the summer months.

Caspers average MPH is about 42 and thats over the 33k life of the car. The MPH gauge hasn't been reset either. Neither has the MPG gauge...... Caspers driven a mix of about 50% city 50% interstate highway use and speeds. No tall tells here...............

I am getting about 19-20....I drive from NYC to Jersey each morning - about 45 miles each away and 97% highway. I cruise at around 75mph most of it, but I get plenty pushy when I am bored.

When I take the car driving I see the drop in MPG, but as a daily driver this isn't bad for me. My Mazda3 got like 25mpg so considering I doubled the HP plus some, I'm pretty content.

Thanks for all the input it really helped out and that I'm not alone in this world. I get about 29 mph average. It was tuned with the new exhausts about a year ago. Now that I have the new aluminum Hearst tap shifters (which are fantastic and very easy to install) I use the Sport mode more often, but mostly keep it in automatic. I think it may be the winter fuel that is causing the problem or it is just in my imagination.

Holding steady at 17.0 and city driving for the most part. I haven't had the chance to do any long distance driving yet but in the next month or so I'll make the trip up to North Carolina.

Winter gas in Washington state is horrible.

We just took my wife's MDX to southern California and back. We got 19 mpg on WA gas. after we filled up in northern California, mileage jumped to 23 and stayed there until we filled up getting back into WA (I never get gas in Oregon because it's not legal there to fill it yourself.)

My SS/LS3 is getting consistently getting about 18.5 mpg commuting between Snohomish and Redmond, so it sounds like your mileage is reasonable.

17-18 mpg on average here (about 60% city, 40% highway). Keep your foot steady when you're not driving like Brian O'Conner...
