What super charger to use. An experience shop should allways ask. How do you plan to use your car, street, drag race 1/8 mile 1/4 mile, auto cross, road race corse and what do you expect from the car.

Howard is truely a master tuner. He is tightly knit with GM sources and with his advanced shop, Dyno and vast experience there are no others that come close to his capabilities in South Florida. One try is all you will need to see what your car can evolve into. From basic bolt-ons to full custom engine builds, Redline is definately a one stop GM performance powerhouse.

All I can say is that those that live close or even relativley close to one of the these great tuneing shops and to those that weren't mentioned are lucky. I live in eastern Washington state. I know of none here. I am getting ready to do the headers, cam and supercharger all in one shot, with no tuner local. I will have to reley on canned tunes to get started, and hope they work.

That's exactly why I stated "based upon his conditions"....he's not a guy looking for 800 wheel and his requirements led us to recommend that unit from experience.

And of course I started my response with this is a "loaded topic" and open for debate.

Of course there are many choices in this country so each is on there own.

It's been my experience that most tuners focus too much if not solely on WOT tuning. Can't tell you how many cars I've seen that would barely idle and would surge/buck at low RPM's under load. WOT is the least used operating mode of a car, but it where tuners dedicate their time.

Isn't that what a dyno is for?? Lol! Shooting videos for You Tube and bragging?

I love when customers have there camera phones ready when I first fire up the car....I have to explain to them it's gonna be a bit before I make a WOT pull and they'll be lucky if I need more then two..

I really posted this sheet because it was obscene! You can imagine the drivability....

Please don't think I was taking a shot at your shop, not at all. Let me ask, do you tune the virtual VE functions for improved drivability on cars with large cams and FI? If so, I may need to bring our car down to have you tune it for us.
