Hard tonneau cover???

Does anyone make a hard tonneau cover for the new Vert???

If not I think it would be awesome. Not sure how it can be designed, but I'm sure some one will come up with some kind of brilliant solution....

damn, got me all excited when I saw the title... assumed this was showing a hard cover!

Anyone getting marks over the front brace FROM the soft tanneau?

It would be nice to have a hard cover rather than the fold-up contraption.

I wouldn't mind a soft vinyl cover as well.....something that could be put on and taken off very quickly.

Would be nice ??? it would be great, the current cover is just a huge PIA
I rarely use it unless i'm sure I'm not taking it off shortly. I guess this is the only complaint I have about the car

Contraption is the perfect way to describe it, jmm. Also, after it's been in the sun for a while, you need oven mitts to handle it. The only drawback I see to a hard cover would be that it probably wouldn't fit in the trunk. What about a two or three piece cover that could be taken apart instead of having to be folded like a roadmap?

I keep mine in my house. When im out in the car I have trouble keeping mine on even with the 2 bolts thats are suposed to hold it on. To me its just to much a pain. I wish thre was a better cover out there.

I guess I am the only guy that has no problem putting mine on. The middle part has come untucked a couple of times, but I don't think it would come all the way off.

Count me as 2 I have had no problems with the stock cover either and if you push it back after it is installed it does not even come untucked. (I learned that a few weeks ago)

Mine is perfect except for this tiny stretch of tollway next to some fields. Crosswinds are always crazy there. The only two times it has come untucked is at that exact same spot.

I find I don't use mine all that often unless I am leaving the top down for a while. That said, when it is on, mine seems very secure, even when cruising down the highway.
