ya got that right.....and if I were to have been given/signed that plate, I would look at them and say "NO FRICKIN WAY"..... they have a whole department that screens applications for "INAPPROPRITE" plates when asking for Vanity Plates....that one wouldn't qualify. So there is no way you could get me to accept it. and you could bet your last nickel I would make so much noise in the DMV Office they would have no choice but to give me something else.....and if they wouldn't? well U would be on my cell before I left the office calling EVERY news station I could.

I might got one those plate rings and put think about it on it and seen how long it took for some PTA mom or a state trooper to flip out.
