Have anyone order or have the borla atak axleback system and do you think it would be just as loud as the catback system.

I have the atak axleback and it is not as loud as all the cat-back videos I have seen, I either plan on making it a complete cat-back by ordering the borla x-pipe or just adding the magnaflow x-pipe which is a lot cheaper.... I do like the sound tho and it is pretty loud as I set off a car alarm by starting the car today but I want the sound like the borla video.

Thanks Kid I will be glad when my comes in. I was thinking about putting shorties on my L99 with this system to give it a deeper and better sound.

I dropped the car off this morning. I was not impressed with the size of the box that the Borla came in. Still trying to figure out how all those parts in that picture fit in that one box.

Did it come in one box? I opened the box and looked in quickly. It didn't look like http://www.southerncarparts.com/cama...em-p-2947.html fit in there.

It is installed and sounds awesome. I am sure my neighbors love me now.

eaglekeeper, how much did the dealership charge for the install? I just ordered my atak catback for my m6 ss, also on the way is a cold air inductions cai.

will most likely do everything myself, just curious on how much they charged.

They charged me $299 to install it. It sounds awesome. I have the ATAK and a K&N CAI. I am checking back and forth with the dealership about tunes and what would void the warranty.

I had my JBA 3" cat back system install in the little town I live in...$85.00 and they even removed the old system in one piece...at the dealer where I purchased the car I had them put in the Hurst shifter..they only charged $150... sounds like Texas is "BIG" money....I can't wait until I have the JBA shorty headers put on....then my neighbors really don't want me to start it up
