I need to get back to the lighting mod, but been a little busy.
Thanks. And I like their motto on their site; "The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of a low price is forgotten" ....so true

Staying with the stock cam for now. Too much work to convert the L99 to an LS3. I also think this will have no problem getting me to 11.0. I don't want to go lower than that...cause I don't want to go with a cage.

It isn't hard, but if it has been put on a car already, then the tubes where the clamps went will need to be stretched back out. Got a tool for that? See what I mean?
Ah true!

I'll probably just have them do it.

Just remembered I have video of you demo run. The loud exhaust shut down the camera, but I see how much it caught. I'll check it out tonight.

Joe - Don 't think I've told you, but your build has been inspiring. I admire the ability you have to work on your car yourself. I know you've enjoyed it and you have done a great job!

If you got something, cool. If not, don't worry.

I will be running cats until I get ready to head to the track, then I'll swap them out. I got both straight pipes as well as cats. I hate the smell without cats, plus I'm hoping it will quiet the pipes down a little. What about you?

I'm running HF/cats now and will probably continue to run them. However, I believe one of them is on its way out now.. I'm gonna have them checked friday.. I'll never hit the 600 hp benchmark so I will keep them.. lol Time will tell.

I'm working on the engine bay...dressing some things up! Thanks to Nathan for starting this thread: Project Cleaning the Clutter in Our Engine Bay

Here I have done the toilet mod:
Noise in the front, look here....might have something for you, +fill strutplate gap!

Also installed the LSR Performance billet strut covers.

I have rewired the injector/coil harnesses, painted the connectors black, painted the coil packs, and installed the coil packs with ARP 12-point black oxide bolts. You can't really see the wires through the braided sheathing without the flash. I'm still waiting on my new plug wires which are on back-order.

Stay tuned for more under-the-hood updates in the coming couple of weeks.
