Revving engine with Throttle Lever

Anyone know if it's possible to rev these engines without stepping on the gas?

Older engines have throttle levers which are reachable in the back corner of the engine. Not sure with this one though and don't see any posts.

It should be close to the throttlebody right? I remember when installing the TB there's a button where it opens/closes. Hope it isn't wired in and non-accessible..

Is there a reason you are wanting to do this?

You can technically do it with a laptop and HPTuners if you need to be out of the car while it revs
