Question Need a torque converter

So I'm not sure what converter to get for my new build.
Trans: TH400
Weight: 4100
Engine: 10:1 LQ9
Cam Specs: 231/239, .640"/.629", 115 LSA, 112 ICL
Power adder: Twin turbo 15-18lbs
Gear: 345
Tire height: 28in
Car use: street driving and random track days.

he specd my converter.
welded converter is 1000
bolt together is 2000

I went with the latter.
