390 40 17 tire
I have a 17x10 weld wheel. And I just wanted to confirm that 390 40 17 would fit without any modifications.

No, a 390 will not fit on a 10" wheel.

suggested rim width is 12"
not sure what you need to move or bend out of the way but it looks awesome

He said he did nothing. He put it on a 10" wheel and had no problems. And he was lowered

You sure the size is correct??? that tire measure 29" tall x 15.4" wide. Pretty wide for these cars with no mods

390 is NOT the correct size. There is no physical way a 15" wide tire will fit in our wheel well.
Also, standard tire sizes end in 5 for the width - 295, 315, 305..... Pretty sure you were misled or you remembered the size wrong.

That camaro picture is a photoshop job. Look at the front zoomed in. Especially around the point where the ss badge is. Then look around the edges of the hood.

345 is the widest tire, tire rack has in a 40 aspect 17" tire. That tire requires a minimum of a 11.5" rim. Plus like said width would be 375 then 395, there's no 390 tire. Someone is full of bologna.

Yep 1, even there it says 11" minimum wheel width. Over 29" diameter on a lowered camaro. With a 12.5 inch wide tire , with no mods. All this equals up to no way no how. Go look at a z28 5th gen. Not even with the flares will it fit that. The z tires are two inches smaller in diameter.

The orange 13 ss was mine . Photoshop ? lol yeh okay . That tire fit great didn't rub a thing and the car went 10.14 at 138 and it was a 6 speed ! That's the only tire id put on a camaro !!! If you guys would get off the computer and actually try things you'd be amazed lol . No one said a stick could run what it did either , and it's still number one on the fastest list !
