Question? I had 2 coils missing at 6200 I had a set of ls3 take offs with me and it fixed the issue gonna replace with new from GM man what a guessing game looks like there 400ish the sos are same price what ya thinking I’m buying new either way.

Still planning on going Friday. Theyre running there Saturday and Sunday as well and for once I'm off all weekend. We will see how Friday goes and that'll dictate if I run either or both of those days

Made 2 passes and everything was mint. Car hooked and went straight. These passes were made in second gear. First left at 8psi, second was 13.
May try first gear and leave on 8. Otherwise I'll leave at about 18-20 in 2nd

Took the car our and left in first gear for all 3 passes. This is the first one.
Second one I had to lift, third pass the trans broke on the 2-3 shift. It lost all forward gears and reverse. Most likely input shaft. Will be weighing my trans options more heavily now. I thought it would get me through the season

Are you leaving on the transbrake? Which trans did you run, I thought it was a Turbo 400 but didn't know which one or "level". Thats a bummer but clear results and progress are being seen. Wanting some videos!

Pulled the trans and taking it to the builder tomorrow. Snapped the input shaft clean off as we suspected. Going to the armet input and main shaft in stock diameters and a refresh. Should be back out in a week or 2

Dropped it off at the builder this morning and he tore the whole thing apart in front of me. Only damage was the shaft. We decided on the coan tordional main shaft, bte input, aluminum forward drum with steel insert, and a refresh. High gear clutches were about done. First and second gear clutches were going to reuse as there was zero wear.
Builder got a hold of me and said the trans was done and I can pick it up whenever. Impressive day and a half turnaround time. I work the next few days and will pick it up this weekend. I'll have it back in the car Sunday. Also picked up the external regulator for converter charge pressure. Logs showed its around 125psi on the brake. Id like to get that down to 75-80 to preserve the thrusts
