I purchased a 2010 Camaro with a blown six banger I got a 6.2 engine and drive train and am having some issues with no start GM tried to flash ecm and said I am missing a wire will changing out bcm and harness under the dash correct my no start?

Would really depend on what wire you're missing. I hoping you replaced your wire harness when you changed your engine. V6 and V8 harness have different options.
I'd start by chasing wires on a wiring diagram.
