I have the dual pass heat exchanger from Livernois, which is really good for keeping the IAT's very low you add it on in addition to your stock heat exchanger very nice setup. I have heard several guys use many different heat exchangers also on this forum, you might get feedback from some them as well. I've only used and familiar with the Livernois Exchanger which have been a difference maker for me..

If you want to get 700whp on 93 octane, you'll have to turn the boost up quite a bit and heat will become an issue. Intake, exhaust, and tune, you're probably sitting around ~550whp now, give or take.

What I would recommend as a bare minimum:

9.1/2.5 pulleys, with 100mm idler, and lower idler relocate bracket

reinforced brick/solid isolator (my brick was collapsed at only 9.5# boost)

trunk mount ice tank

cam (it's up to you which one, but don't go too big. You can make great power even on a "medium sized" cam)

heat exchanger (money well spent even at stock boost levels)

in-tank dual fuel pumps, return style plumbing, & 1000cc injectors (stock rails are fine unless you want to do a true return style fuel system)

clutch (stock will not hold up well above 650)

Some people have good luck with meth and nitrous, but I don't like the added complexity of either system.

Porting the blower or heads will make it easier to reach your power goals without a crazy pulley ratio and overspeeding the blower too much. A ported blower and heads are probably worth 75-100rwhp, and you could go with a much less aggressive pulley setup.

Just my $.02

I'd also like to add that you should definitely consider hitting up BMR for some suspension & bushing stuff, which will make the car work much better at the higher power levels you're looking for.

[QUOTE=ChuckZL1;11040890]Good Luck with Build, but I hate to tell you with your current mods you are no where near 600 RWHP. Maybe 500 if you are lucky.

He should be easily at 500rwhp. That's basically what stock should put down. If he wants to hit 600 wheel, he'll need a pulley change to go along with it and possibly injectors.
