Mine has the 8.125" pulley on the crank and 3.4" on the charger and is making 11.8 lbs boost. And my green belt number is K080660HD
I am not cammed yet though. But the procharger is maxed out due to the RPM.

to the guy from procharger just called me back and he seemed to think your setup with the 8.125 lower and the 3.4 upper would be well over 12psi.

Gonna measure my upper and lower but he thinks i should be around 3.7 or so.

I probably have belt slip. So I sandblasted my ProCharger pulley to give it some grip. I don't want to over tighten and ruin the bearings in the blower.

FYI, green Gates belts are only meant to be stronger and last longer, not grip more. I lose boost when i run that belt. Try the continental Poly-V belt. It looks like it has teeth on it.

I keep the green belt as a spare.

I have pretty much the same cam as you 224/240 .615/.615 and it loves E85 (actually more like E73 out of the pump here) - the cam has zero overlap which as I understand is beneficial when running E85. It Idles well and is very driveable at low rpm. It also has new TSP endurance lobes which are softer on the valve train and keep it quiet too. Shoot for 12lbs on E85 - you and your stock bottom end will be happy.
