If you really want it, verify the original MSRP without dealer add-ons like paint protection etc...compare 28 grand to what a new one will cost...then if you still want it offer, in person, say 26 grand and walk if no. They will call in a week. May get it for 26500-27000. Be prepared to miss the car though.

28 still isn't bad. But yeah, if you are OK with losing the car, make them some kind of offer and walk out the door. Put the ball in their court. Just don't get your hopes to high.

I offered the dealer I've been talking to about this used one, $26k. If they can't do it, I'll get in touch with her. Thanks guys!
