Same results. The Automatics can feel firmer shifts because of the harder accelerations.

Also, will the camaro ss VTC work on the CTSV? I have both cars and wonder if I can plug my camaro's VTC in my V so that I can decide if its worth it for that car...

Im very happy to see all the POSITIVE responses to this very spectacular piece of amazingness. I have been on the fence on coughing up the 180 to purchase it. But after seeing all the reviews and encouragements about it, how could i NOT get it??
Thank you everyone for easing this uneasy mind

Hey, just passing through and I wanted to make mention of a few things.

So, running on Ec 0 is running the car on stock settings. 0 is stock, 1 is small change from stock, and 7 is the high end of the spectrum, the most change. Switching from Ec 0 to SP 5 could explain small mpg numbers. My apologies if you were aware of this, but the way I read your message I wanted to clarify.

It's my opinion that this device doesn't actually give better mpgs, it just makes it a lot easier for the driver to achieve them. On EC 7, you would need to near conscientiously try to get low mpg numbers.

Furthermore, if you want better mpg, besides a cold air intake which I wont discuss here, try a throttle body spacer.

This is just one company, the one I went with. If you have any questions, please feel free to message me.
Mods/Perf: CAI by CAI Inc, Air Raid throttle body spacer, Corsa cat-back exhaust, Intake manifold Spacer, Dyno tune, Continental extreme contact tires, Vitesse throttle controller,

Mods/other: Scosche head unit, Black rear lightup bowtie, footwell lighting, Chevy door puddle lights, chrome door sills, locking fuel door cover, 20" ZL1 rep wheels' matte black.

Sound: Pioneer 4100 radio, Hertz high energy tweets/6x9's, JL Audio 12TW3 sub in custom box, hush mats in doors, 2 amps I forget the names of..

Mods to come: Wolo PA system, maybe strut bars?

I just heard about this a week ago and ordered it the same day.

Got mine a few days ago, kicking myself in the ass for not installing it the day i got it. Literally took 2 min. to install and program. the hardest part was running the controller up to the steering column and just used velcro so if i need to remove the bezel i can take the controller off.

I have a vmax ported throttle body, trifecta tune, cold air inductions intake, dynomax axle back, and holy shit does this make a difference.

It just launches now in sp9. Best bang for your buck that's for sure. No codes and no engine lights.
