IIRC you have to run the AC line behind the positive cable (or actually run the positive cable in front of the AC line so you don't have to recharge the AC) ,and I recommend sleeving both of them. The guy I let install mine did not, and the AC hose burned through in two days. In fact, with this kit, you can't put too much wrap and sleeving on.

Mine melted the AC line as well. Then almost caught the car on fire when the remnants touched the manifold again. Been having issues with the manifold cracking and the flange being warped. Just dealing with it for now until I can either get another on3 manifold or have one made.
