Camaro LT -> SS bod upgrade
Hey guys, this is my first post so please bare with me
 I bought a Camaro LT 3 months ago and now I think its time to up the ante. I bought the car from one of the two dealers here in Dubai and haven't gotten a legit answer so I thought I'd come to you guys.. My questions are:- 1- Is it possible to put an SS front bumper on an LT? 2- Is it possible to conenct the HID halo lights on the LT? I know they are dumb questions as it is obvious that they can.. I just wanna know people experiences and get a definite answer.. Any answer will be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks again in advance

1) Yes. Many people have replaced their front LT fascia with the SS bumper. It is a straight bolt-on; easy to do.
2) Yes. I am assuming you have the LT without the RS package? Yes, you can put HID's and/or Halos on it. You can order the kit from AAC (automotivelighting.com) or get the GM OEM ones. Look on the marketplace here to find the GM complete headlights cheaper, but be warned-- they're more expensive than aftermarket HID / Halos, by a long shot. There is a "DIY" (Do It Yourself) section here with LOTS of useful info, and you can search it to find where people have put Halos on their non-RS LT Camaros. Welcome to Camaro5!

Thanks a lot dude! the originals are really hard to get here, so the agency is getting them from spare parts as i dont want anything to void the warranty.. they're picky about these little things here..
Hopefully the guy doesnt forget me, and hopefully I'll have an update soon! |
