After Market Mods

So do we have to wait till the SEMA show or is there already companies on the web showing after market Camaro upgrades and conversions etc? For example a rear wing spoiler or headlight covers.

Thanks KJ

Expect everything that is available for comparable cars will be available for the Camaro.

Expect a large quantity of performance parts.

Why you would put headlight covers on this car I cannot understand, but compare AVS prices on their website. The headlight lenses are of similar shape with comparison to the Mustang, so it will be priced at a very similar price. I used to have AVS covers on my Cobalt. They flew off on a rainy day. You're better off tinting the lenses, so find out how much that costs from a local shop or check out the bottle tint products you can find at automotive sales places.

Spoilers will vary by company. Many spoilers are universal, so check out any vendor you like to find those prices. GMPP will offer both high and low spoilers.

If someone will manufacture those, then I will strongly consider buying them. That's one of my favorite features of the classic RS.

Mods

I completely agree with you. My dream car is a 69RSZ28 because of the front end. I'm pretty excited about the new Camaro and these mods would be icing on the cake.

The fasica and the hood scoop are on the top of my list. I LOVE this. I just want mine in metalic blue with black strips from nose to tail. I hope this wont be hard to find but i hope that I'm one of the only people with it.

That's an area of the aftermarket. Many users have concerns about the lighting. It shouldn't be too difficult to replace the bulbs with a color more to your liking at a shop.

From the factory, you'll get blue or orange, and the orange costs more.

I'm rooting for green interior lighting, but that won't happen, especially without a green Camaro. :(
