Customer Experience #1

We are always looking for ways to improve the overall customer experience and improve our carbon footprint at the shop. We have been hard at work on a Cloud Based ERP system and Mobile App. Now when you check into the shop we are virtually paperless and our iPad and iPhone apps with built in VIN Decoder allow us to ensure you are signed promptly, your exact vehicle details are entered in and all of your requirements are properly documented

I like this .....

They're switching our shop to i-pad input to track repairs and remotely start and stop equipment.

I work at a NFL stadium in the maintenance dept.

Its the wave of the future, kids.

Yup. Everything in the shop is iOS controlled/cloud based. Technicians start/stop jobs in the cloud as well.
