What power will this make?

Ok So i want to do some mods here is what is planned:

9.17" 18% lower pulley upgrade (for the street)
10" 28% lower pulley upgrade (for the track)
ported LSA heads
1"7/8 headers
100cel 3.5" racing cats
stock cat back
ported snout to suit 102mm
porter supercharger
NW 102mm throttle body
AI Chiller
larger reservoir
heat exchanger
LPE GT9 camshaft
ID850 injectors
cold air intake

Now questions:
  1. Are those injectors overkill for the 9.17" pulley and are they enough for the 10"?
  2. What springs, valves, lifters and push rods will work best with this?
  3. What power will it make with those mods on the 9.17" ?
  4. What power will it make with those mods on the 10" ?
  5. Estimated fuel usage with the 9.17" ?
Goals are to have it nice on the street, plug in EFI live when i get to the track change the lower pulley + belt and have some fun, change it out flash the computer and drive it home.

May even consider the 8.25" for the street to improve mileage...thoughts?

If those injectors are too big for the smaller pulleys 9.17" and 8.25" how hard is an injector swap?...and how long to do it?

You can leave the ID850s in there for both pulleys as the calibration will have to be changed to run either setup. I run a smaller 8.66 lower for road course action and leave the ID850s in place. Even if you swapped back to stock injectors you would have to get the ECU reflashed for that...just swapping the parts is not enough.

Yeah I have efi live to flash the tune in for each set up. But the larger injectors won't use too much gas when running the smaller pulley?

Estimates on both power levels?

The ID850s can be tuned to work even with the stock pulley according to ADM...so it will work fine as long as the calibration is accurate.

setup looks good.. I would just do a a 2.5 upper and a 9.1 lower and call it good.. can run around with that setup on the street and track with no problems..No need for swapping pulleys when drag racing unless you just want to see what which setup will do. I wouldnt worry about hte AI chiller( i have no customers using it making 700-750rwhp with no issues). Those injectors will work just fine on either pulley setup with no issues. I am also not a fan of the aggressive lobes and hte very high lift on the gt9 cam. Does the cam work yes. But valve wear is faster with it.
