They look the same as on non-verts. I like the look, but got them to protect from paint chips.

Spalsh Guards on a RJT Vert

Put these on this weekend. Took an hour, including getting tools out and put back. No need to remove wheels, use a 20 Torex bit in a socket wrench. Need to jack up front end to drill hole for bottom screw, rear you have enough room for the drill. Well worth the time and expense ($200 - GM parts) to save car from tar and stones.

No Problem. When I saw we had the same I thought it would help seeing it on a similar ride. I believe it is a 8 torex bit, not 20, but the instructions tell you what size and drill bits. 1800 miles in 3 week, mostly with the top down in New England. Topless is the only way to go!

Mine go on tomorrow, but I won't be drilling the holes except for in the wheels wells. The accessory guy at GM told me to get a double sided foam 3m product that he'll use to avoid drilling into the body/rocker panel area. Just my preference as I don't want holes in my ride should I not like these SGs and take them off or want to switch out for the GFX some day.

Splash Guards are a must on C5. I have them since last spring and had no chips whatsoever since, And it keeps the car cleaner loger. Bet $200 investment on my baby.

$200? - Nice. I had to order mine in Black and then have them painted IBM to match the car. So far, $277 + shipping from RPI. I'll probably pay a local GM dealer here to install them for $50. So $327 when I'm done. Still, with all the chipping posts, I'll be glad I have them no matter what I end up paying. Next... front fascia; mirrors; and hood clear guard?

~sigh~
